The University of Łódź is the organiser of the contest, which takes place under the patronage of Fotofestiwal. There was no specified theme for submitted works (which include people, landscape, architecture, nature, ecology, journalist photography, etc. The only requirement was that all the objects in the photos should be related to the University of Łódź, portrayed in its premises, documented or portrayed its life.
