The talented youth in the countryside, 2007-2009
The photos were taken in “The Tryavna High School of fine Arts”, specialized in artistic woodcarving and icon-painting. The students come from all over the country to acquire new skills and express their talent.I’ve seen that their professional projects are the central theme of the conversations, day to day activities and even jokes .It is art that defines their existence. Art is those kids’ academic and professional future, it is the single preoccupation of their minds.
