Due to the mass migration of Belarusian cultural workers and employees outside Belarus, there are problems related to the creation of new infrastructure for the art community to interact with each other and art representatives from other countries. Belarusian photographers Yauhen Attsetski and Sergejus Mikhalenko and art manager Olga Mzhelskaya will talk about their experiences in building the missing systems of interconnection and offer a discussion of possible effective strategies for work, integration and mutual aid in a discussion format.
