Description of the band YAGODY:
The music of YAGODY is a ritual of initiation. This is the wind in the middle of the steppe. They are the songs of wild tribes, the voices of the ancestors. It is living energy, sirens singing, musical trance. It’s a dance of voices. This is what your nature smells like. This is your blood. “Our music is letters from the past that you haven’t received.” The band YAGODY (UA) was formed spontaneously in June 2016. The group uses a wide range of instruments, traditional for its region, Europe, but also countries from other continents. He combines folklore songs with his own lyrics. In the music, you can hear Ukrainian lamentations and Balkan motifs.
