During the opening of the Fotofestiwal, we will have the opportunity to listen to the drummers “City Bum Bum”, the only professional Djembe and Dundun learning school in Poland. In addition, in the later part of the evening we will have a dance party based on African sounds – the duo Sawt/Sur (Rafał Kołacki and Łukasz Jędrzejczak) and the Ethiopian DJ Turbofax will present themselves.

Grupa Przedświt was created from the need to experience freedom, freedom and space in music, to look for a new one and to shed some restrictions on its shoulders. They creates improvised, experimental and illustrative music that paints images in the recipient’s head. The ensemble includes: Julia Partyka – cello, voice, percussion instruments, Adam Sypka – bass guitar, voice and Marcin Berner – keyboards, voice, flute, percussion instruments. Their music will be combined with the screening of a part of the latest project by Piotr Zbierski.
The event will be closed by Warte: mal from Copenhagen – dj moving between genres, such as post-hip-hop, ghetto funk, glitch or psychedelic downbeat.
• Fotofestiwal Half-way – 21.06, 21:00, P29
Play Dj Late – always open to new and old dj sounds, which has lost most of the last decade in various underground Krakow spots. He promoted there mainly funk, soul and disco from the 70s and 80s. He does not avoid the good ‘new’ disco, house and other branches of contemporary music to dance. Dj Late will be supported by Primo Ultimo and Softa-Man. We will also watch a slide show of projects awarded by the prestigious Lens Culture magazine and a series selected by the French Circulations Festival.

Głębokie Pasmo + Supernatural slide show prepared by Emre Kuheylan
Jazxing is Mateusz Filipiuk and Jakub Sautycz, musicians and DJs from Gdańsk, who during their several years of activity, released albums in the cooperation with The Very Polish Cut Outs (Sampler Vol. 3), Trasatlantyk (North/South EP), Father And Son Records And Tapes (FASRAT #1 Compilation) and on Polena Recordings in November 2018 (Moon Call EP).
Compositions of this duo were played by Jimpster, Hunee, Eddie C, Bell Towers, Bradley Zero, Akirahawks, Les Yeaux Orange. Their interpretation of the song “A maybe by” by Transport Band has already 1,500,000 views.
Since 2014 they have been fulfilling themselves as organizers of the educational cycle – Gdansk School Disco and Hypnotic Tango events.
Mitura – a member of the capital’s Deep Range collective, initiator and main planner of the #pasmopodcast series, where leading Polish and foreign artists connected with electronic music presented their mixes. Thanks to him, on the Vistula River one could hear a number of house music figures such as Tornado Wallace, Hunee, Max Graef, Eddie C or Mr Beatnick. In his sets he presents a wide spectrum of dance music.
The photography screening curated by Emre Küheylan discusses the concept of supernatural with different perspectives. In this screening, we go on a journey with 8 projects from 8 photography artists around the world.
On blurry frontier between reality and fiction, we will try to explore the relationship between what is visible and non visible. We will enter a dream world where we will search souls and interpret dreams. Then we will witness rituals and spells of rural communities and travel to seance rooms to search spiritualism.
