Looking for more than just a typical June? Become a volunteer for Fotofestiwal and help us co-create one of the biggest photography events in Poland! We are looking for open-minded and reliable people who are ready for an adventure and love photography. Support is needed throughout the month of June (1–30). Ready to get started? We’d love to have you on board!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Event support during the festival
• Exhibition setup and strike (installation/dismantling)
• Guest and artist services
• Logistical support for meetings, workshops, and side events
• Marketing support and distribution of promotional materials
• Social media engagement and content support
• Event photography and documentation

What we offer:

A formal volunteer agreement and personal accident insurance. All volunteers get a festival ID badge for full event access.

Eligibility:

If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you can join us with written permission from your parent or legal guardian.

Fotofestiwal 2026 Volunteer Terms and Conditions

Volunteer work at the 25th International Festival of Photography Fotofestiwal 2026 is a voluntary and unpaid collaboration in support of the event.

Volunteers will work according to an agreed schedule under the supervision of a person designated by the Organizer. The scope of tasks and specific rules of cooperation will be determined individually before activities begin.

Regardless of their assigned area, every volunteer has the opportunity to attend selected exhibitions and other events held as part of the Fotofestiwal program.

Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses are to be covered by the volunteer at their own expense.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the volunteer program. The Organizer selects volunteers based on the applications received and reserves the right to contact only selected candidates. The Organizer is under no obligation to justify the decision not to qualify a candidate. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The personal data administrator is the Visual Education Foundation (Fundacja Edukacji Wizualnej), with its registered office in Łódź (90-365), ul. Tymienieckiego 3. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of volunteer recruitment and the coordination of cooperation during Fotofestiwal 2026. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Applicants have the right to access and rectify their data.
