At the exhibition the artist invites you to contemplate images stretched between apparent subtlety and raw expression.
Szymon Kobusiński is one of the few photographers who consequently builds photo sets under water. In his work, he often uses creative underwater photography as a tool for creating staged paintings.
At the exhibition the artist invites you to contemplate images stretched between apparent subtlety and raw expression. The project was implemented in a specially arranged underwater studio. The exhibition consists of nearly 30 photographs. Szymon Kobusiński has the strongest focus on the very process taking place on the set, trying to get a unique effect at the stage of the photo session. “Intimacy” had its premiere in November in Studio Bank as part of the Pop Up Gallery. So far, the exhibition has been presented, among others in the Rabitthole Art Room Gallery in Warsaw, as well as in Piotrków Trybunalski, Łask and Lublin.
