Manager of the Archiwum Cyfrowe TR Warszawa (TR Warszawa Digital Archive) project. Photo-editor with many years of experience in the press, i.a. “Rzeczpospolita” daily. Co-creator and coordinator of  the Napo Images agency and vice-president of the Napo Foundation. Author of many interviews with photographers. Curator of  the “Family album: MULTIPLE GAZES. Photographs from the Oral History Archive of  the KARTA Centre and the History Meeting House” exhibition. Author and coordinator of cultural and artistic projects, among others  Wszyscy Jesteśmy Fotografami [We are  all photographers]. Juror of BZ WBK Press Foto and Fotoreporter Roku [Photoreporter of the year] competitions as well as a portfolio reviewer for, i.a.   Zachęta – National Gallery of Art. She conducts classes on Photography, Ethics in Photography, and Methods and Ways of Picturing at the University of Warsaw
