Each edition of the project has a different form, adapted to the possibilities of its presentation. What remains constant is the effort to promote Polish photography and to make Polish artists known outside their country.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/fotofestiwal.com\/2017\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/photopoland-01-456x480.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2512\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main element of 2016&nbsp;edition was&nbsp;the publication presenting the portfolios of&nbsp;<strong>Diana Lelonek, Piotr Zbierski, \u0141ukasz Filak, Adam Lach, Wiktoria Wojciechowska&nbsp;<\/strong>and the<strong>&nbsp;Sputnik Photos&nbsp;<\/strong>collective. The selection of artists for the publication was preceded by nominations awarded by Polish curators, gallery owners, writers specializing in photography and representatives of photographic festivals and institutions. The final six were selected from among the nominees by the jury, comprising Erik Kessels, Sayaka Takashi, Lars Willumeit, Simon Karlstetter and Peggy Sue Amison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The publication was&nbsp;prepared as part of the Polish Paradise event, which formed&nbsp;a part of the official programme of Cosmos Arles Books, a space devoted to photobooks within one of the most significant photographic events, Rencontres d\u2019Arles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PhotoPoland 2016 project was&nbsp;co-organized by Fotofestiwal and Culture.pl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its partners were&nbsp;the TIFF Festival, Krakow Photomonth Festival and European Capital of Culture Wroc\u0142aw 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PhotoPoland\u00a0is\u00a0a project aimed at international audience, curators, gallery owners, employees of cultural institutions and organizers of photographic events all over [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6203,"parent":553,"menu_order":34,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"templates\/kolektyw-projekt.php","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-562","page","type-page","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
