Death by GPS explores the human cost of digital labour. Through film, photography, and installation, it examines the digital economy, revealing post-colonial exploitation and challenging dehumanising portrayals.
From explosive symbols of digital labour to intimate portraits of workers, the project adopts a speculative approach and highlights the often-ignored fact: automation still requires human input.
/ Death by GPS is an exhibition co-financed by the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia.
