Open Program exhibitions announced
The Open Program provides an overview of current phenomena in photography and a look at topics of interest to photographers. Each year, the jury strives to prepare a coherent but diverse selection that best reflects currently relevant narratives.
We would like to thank everyone who submitted projects for sharing their stories with us. This year’s submissions included numerous engaging projects addressing important social issues — from climate change to identity and origin, from armed conflicts and ethnic cleansing to the situation of minorities, and also many unique personal narratives.
From among 1593 projects, the jury selected the following works:
- Tommaso Protti – Terra Vermelha (Italy/Brazil)
- Eleonora Agostini – A Study On Waitressing (Italy/UK/Northern Ireland)
- Mari Mäntynen – Stranger (Finland)
- Tanya Habjouqa – Neither the Shadow nor the Sun (Jordan/USA)
- Arhant Shrestha – Loose Fist (Nepal)
- Eleana Konstantellos André – Chupacabras (Mexico)
CONGRATULATIONS! You’ll be able to see their work during the upcoming Fotofestiwal – between 18-28.06.2026 in Lodz, Poland.
