Franek Ammer

Before joining Fotofestiwal, he co-founded the Wrocław TIFF Festival, with which he cooperates to this day. He devoted a large part of his work to bringing up different aspects related to the photobooks and popularizing it in Poland. This interest resulted in several exhibitions, numerous lectures and cooperation with prominent figures from the world of photography and the publishing scene. When time permits, he devotes himself to artistic work. He also performs as a host, co-leading the Przestrzeń robocza (Work Space) – a place of an artistic experimentation and audience meetings with artists from various fields of art. In the collective he deals with the program, coordination of exhibitions, events and publications.
