Of course, preparing a fully biodegradable and ecological communication or exhibition is impossible, but since few years we have been trying to reduce the production of all disposable materials at our festival. This year’s invitation to the festival, produced in a small number, is also an envelope.
How else can you use old postcards and invitations?
- make origami, and then, for example, hang it on a string in the right space (we encourage you to bring to the festival center origami made from our invitations!)
- Cut and bend – paper scraps can be used as a shock absorber for shipments and packages
- learn how to create paper baskets
- make your own piñata from papier-mâché
- cut and use as bookmarks
Of course, before each reuse, find out if the paper and the print is suitable for planned usage (burning, contact with food or animals).
