The exhibition summaries the fifth edition of the DEBUTS project, which aim is to promote the most talented emerging photographers who are worth watching. The fifth edition of the project was also open to foreign photographers who dominated the final twenty. Their projects can be viewed at the exhibition as well as in the occasional book publication. This year, DEBUTS jurors were: World Press Photo winner – Peter Bauza (Germany/Argentina), publisher and originator of the project – Grzegorz Kosmala (Poland), head of Exhibitor Relations at the UNSEEN Amsterdam festival – Isabella van Marle (the Netherlands), World Press Photo winner – Sarker Protick (Bangladesh) and director of the FOMU Fotomuseum Antwerpen – Elviera Veighe (Belgium).
