Handle With Care
I have been working on this project for a year and a half. It is about a laceration, a wound, a rupture. I am interested in the unexpected power that breaks into a spiral of loss and leaves without orientation. My attempt is to stop the primal insight, the microscopic, its fragility and that balanced moment that makes one perceive the implosion of latent forces.
Observing reality through my side-view generates the need of a physical approach, reached by means of a close glaze. I am attracted by textures where I can smell the essence of the human that guides me to forced emotions. I move around the perpetual fracture of a drifting mood. And there I find my photography.
